DigiOwl provides web design and development, SEO, digital marketing, automation, and e-commerce services. The specific services, deliverables, and scope for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or contract agreed with the client.

• The scope of each project is what is set out in the agreed proposal or contract. Work beyond that scope is handled as a separate agreement.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required access to accounts or systems.
• Delays in providing content, approvals, or access may affect timelines.

Clients confirm they have the right to use any text, images, logos, or other materials they provide, and that these do not infringe third-party rights. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they supply.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as set out in the applicable contract, typically on full payment. DigiOwl may retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and know-how, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services (for example hosting, marketplaces, advertising platforms, or analytics). These are governed by their own terms, and their availability, policies, and approvals are outside DigiOwl's control.

The number of revisions and the level of ongoing support and maintenance are defined per engagement. DigiOwl provides 1-on-1 dedicated support for the duration and scope agreed with the client. We do not offer unlimited work or unlimited support outside an agreed arrangement.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and depend on project scope, client responsiveness, and third-party factors. We will communicate proactively about any material changes to a schedule.

Payments are made according to the contract and agreed scope of work between DigiOwl and the client. There is no single fixed payment schedule that applies to every project; payment terms are set out in each project's proposal or contract.

Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the applicable contract. Work completed and costs incurred up to the point of termination remain payable as agreed.

To the extent permitted by law, DigiOwl is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited as set out in the applicable contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Each party will treat non-public information shared for the purpose of an engagement as confidential and use it only for that engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

We may update our services and these website terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, unless a specific contract states otherwise.
