  • Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or late fees.

     

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

     

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All content, code, graphics, and designs created by DigiOwl remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

     

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the deliverables for agreed purposes.

     

  • Clients may not resell or reuse our work without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
